Modular Headphones

This project redesigns a headphones, a plastic product, to be more recyclable. Researched on material properties and the functions and selling point of headphones were done to create a solution, the modular headphones, which contains easily separable parts with no glue, and thus can be separately fixed or recycled. Multiple making methods are tested due to ergonomics, function, and cost of making of the headphones, including 3D printed, possibly injection moldable parts.
